Tastefully decorated and fully furnished, Sunshine Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
This luxury vacation rental home includes:
- Private south-facing pool with spa/jacuzzi and half-bathroom
- Large open-plan family room
- Games room with 50″ flat screen TV and Roku
- 2 Master ensuite bedrooms with private bathrooms
- 2 additional bedrooms with twin sized beds in each and a shared bathroom. One bedroom is Mickey Mouse themed and the other is Star Wars.

Private Pool & Spa
The villa has a large south-facing private swimming pool with a spa/jacuzzi. There is a child safety fence provided free of charge for your peace of mind. Pool & Spa heating is available on request (advisable from September through to May) for an additional fee. See rate chart.
The spa can be heated to a higher temperature than the pool if required. There are 2 sun loungers, a table, 4 comfortable chairs and a footstool for dining ‘Al Fresco’ on the warm Floridian evenings. There is also an additional half bathroom just off the pool area, with WC, and washbasin.

Sunshine Villa runs on sunshine! Solar panels on the roof power the entire villa to keep you comfortable at any time of the year in an environmentally friendly way. This cost effective and energy efficient source of power helps to reduce the carbon footprint of your vacation.
Thanks to the power of sunshine, the villa stays nice and cool for you on hot days and the pool and spa stays heated and ready for your enjoyment while keeping rental rates affordable!
Family Room
The large open-plan family room has ceiling fans and large patio doors opening onto the pool area. The main focus of the room is a large Flat screen 55″ Smart TV with Bluray/DVD player.
There is also high speed Internet access with free WiFi throughout the entire villa.
All televisions in Sunshine Villa are connected to Cable TV, offering a very large number of channels.
Master Suite #1
The villa boasts 2 sumptuous master bedrooms. Master Suite #1 has a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a ceiling fan and a 43″ Smart TV. This suite also has direct access to the pool area through a large patio door.
Master Suite #1 also has a large walk-in closet, a large dresser and two night stands to give you ample storage space for all your belongings. For your convenience, a clock radio alarm is also provided.
Master Bathroom 1
Master Suite #1 has its own spacious private master bathroom.
The bathroom includes a bath tub, twin washbasins or sinks along with a separate large walk-in shower cubicle.
All of the bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are all provided so there’s no need to bring your own from home.
You’ll also find a hairdryer under the sink for use during your stay.
Master Suite #2
As with Master Suite #1, this bedroom has a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a 43″ flat screen Smart TV.
Master Suite #2 also has a large oval-shaped window overlooking the front lawn area.
A large walk-in closet, two night stands, a tall dresser and a TV stand give you plenty of storage space so you can unpack and make yourself at home.
A clock radio alarm is also provided in the room for your convenience.
Master Bathroom #2
Connected to Master Suite #2 is a very spacious private Master Bathroom with a large bath tub, twin washbasins or sinks and a separate large walk-in shower cubicle.
A feature of Master Bathroom #2 is the luxurious corner bath tub.
This Master Bathroom also has a totally separate WC/toilet area for added privacy.
Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer are provided in this Master Bathroom as well.
Bedroom #3
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms at Sunshine Villa each have two twin size beds, perfect for adults or kids. Bedroom #3 features the ever delightful Mickey Mouse.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan, dresser and built-in closet to store your clothes, luggage and other belongings.
The room also has a 43″ Smart TV, perfect when someone needs a little quiet time away from the rest of the crew.
bedroom #4
Bedroom #4 has two twin sized beds featuring fluffy Star Wars comforters and large movie posters.
Like the other twin bedroom, this one also has a ceiling fan, dresser and built-in closet.
If you’re traveling with an infant or toddler, there’s enough floor space in this room to set up a Pack and Play travel crib/cot which you’ll find in the closet along with an audio baby monitor.
This bedroom also has a 43″ Smart TV perched on top of the tall dresser to help entertain guests.
Bathroom 3
Near the 2 twin bedrooms, there is a third shared bathroom.
This one is decked out with lighthouses and nautical decor.
Bathroom #3 has a WC/toilet and a single washbasin/sink. There’s a large shower cubicle in the corner.
Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths are provided in this bathroom as well.
You’ll also find a hairdryer under the sink.
Dining Area
The dining area has a large dining table with seating for eight guests.
There is also a breakfast bar with three bar stools for additional seating in the kitchen area.
All of the dishes, utensils and serving ware are provided for you in the villa.
If you’re traveling with an infant or toddler, there is a high chair, booster seat, and a selection of plastic utensils and dinnerware suitable for serving children and babies.
Kitchen
The kitchen is, just as you would expect from a villa of this standard. It’s fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee-maker, electric tea kettle, stove, refrigerator and a full range of other household appliances, including an InstantPot, Crock Pot/slow cooker, blender, electric skillet, electric griddle and fondue pot.
Dish towels, potholders, pots and pans, serving bowls, mixing spoons, spatulas and more are all available if you choose to prepare a meal for your family on site rather than dining at one of the nearby restaurants.
A large pantry gives you ample space for storing food for the duration of your stay. It also contains a safe for your valuable belongings that’s large enough to hold a laptop computer.
Laundry Facilities
Sunshine Villa comes fully equipped with a washer and dryer conveniently located off the hallway from the kitchen. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Games Room
The double garage is integral and accessible from the main entrance hall, and has been converted to a games area.
The games room houses a pool table, foosball/football table, seating area and 50″ flat screen TV with Roku device for watching your own streaming channels.
A selection of board games, books and card games are also available for your enjoyment.
The games room is ideal for keeping the kids entertained while the parents relax in the family room, or with a glass of wine by the pool.
