Perfect Villa with Great Owners - December 10, 2011 Had major airline issues getting into Sanford Int'l and ended up taking a red eye to Orlando. Everything from car rental to number of days to stay and see parks was affected. Called Lisa directly to see if we could stay an extra day due to us not arriving until around 5am. She was most accomadating and didn't even ask for an extra days rent even though she certainly was entitled to it. Classy move and it salvaged our trip. Now for the Villa, clean, big, and great for the kids. Of course the pool was the highlight but they also loved the game room in the garage. Publix is right down the highway for anything you need. Disney parks are around 20min drive with easy navigating (only 1 or 2 exits). Very affordable and safe bet here if you don't want to be onsite like us. PRIVACY! Thanks again Lisa for being our hero.

Mark and Lisa we loved staying at your villa, evrything was perfect we felt like kings and queens. The pool was perfect we enjoyed it till midnight most of the time. The kitchen living room and roms were beautifull and cant forget the game room, and all the collection of wall disney movies great for da kids. I really recomend the villa close to all da atractions stores and every thing, to be onest we didnt wanna go back to Houston Tx. We will see you next year thanks !

A short drive from the Orlando Airport, this villa simply has EVERYTHING needed to enjoy your vacation whether your plan is to visit the sites or enjoy some down time in the sunny state. The initial curb appeal, front entrance, large dining and living room, king size room with oversized ensuite, second living area with large comfy couches ... every corner has something to catch your eye. It's roomy, open concepts allows allows larger families to enjoy the trip without being cramped. The games room, books, movies...there is something for everyone and we haven't even mentioned the pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating around the oversized pool equipped with a stock of pool toys. A BBQ for those who wish to grill outside as opposed to using the fully equipped kitchen. Can't say enough. Location is perfect, house is amazing, owners very accommodating. Now I know why people keep coming back. I will be going again. Thanks to the Sedores our fall trip was perfect. Stephanie

My second stay at Sunshine Villa Orlando and upon arrival I was still in awe. From the front door to the lanai and everything in between, the whole place just says, “COME ON IN”! This visit was a girls get away, and once again, SVO did not disappoint! After our fun filled days experiencing what the area has to offer…..(shopping, Gatorland Zip lining, Airboat Rides, La Nuba , a quick ride to the coast, and did I mention shopping??), Sunshine Villa Orlando was the perfect place to take a break, relax, and energize for our next adventure. The extra large lanai with plenty of seating and the heated oversize pool complete with Jacuzzi tub was simply a delight! That big comfy couch in the family room, wireless internet, and a round or two of billiards in the games room made excellent options for some well needed down time, compete with lots of laughs. Modern décor, clean and stylish with all the amenities of home, and then some, made for one terrific week! REALLY, Who could ask for more???? Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lisa and Mark for sharing your dream! ? PS…. I will be back!!!!!
AMAZING Family Vacation home - October 17, 2011
Lisa & Mark, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time. Was very hard to leave. The house was clean, roomy and close to all the attractions, we especially like the clean, open concept kitchen. Being able to cook at home saved us from having to eat out at restaurants everyday during our stay. Somedays we did not want to leave the house. The kids practically lived in the pool. The neighbourhood was so friendly, everyone stop to talk to us and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommended your beautiful home to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to booking our next trip with you. Sunshine Villa Orlando ROCKS!!!!
Wonderful place - September 25, 2011
Have just returned from a wonderful stay at Lisa and Marks villa. On arrival we were amazed at how beutiful the place was, there was a lovely welcome note and a message written on the HUGE blackboard in the games room, lovely touches that made us feel at home straight away. The villa has everything and more you could wish for during your holiday, the outside space is amazing and the kids lived in the pool and spa when we returned each day. The place is close to all amenities and is within easy and comfortable driving distances to all the attractions.It really was a home from home and to be honest within hours did not feel like a holiday rental.Only wish the place was ours !!.Once again I cant reccomend this place highly enough and will definately be spreading the word about it to friends in Scotland. Lisa and Mark say "arrive as guests , leave as friends" how very true.

Mark and Lisa, thank you so much for providing us with a perfect place to stay. We have been Florida renters for nearly 10 years now, and multiple times each year and Sunshine Villa Orlando ranks right up there with the best places we have stayed at thus far. Everytime we go to Florida, we always would come back saying that place we stayed at was perfect except for......... You guys have thought about every one of those "except for........" and incorporated them into your villa. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and the kitchen was stocked with every item that one would have in their own home. The pool area is suburb and a great retreat on those hot summer days. The villa itself and the yard is the finest in the subdivision, truly a reflection of somebody that cares. The location is remote enough, however close enough to everything that anybody would need. The one time that we did need to contact the Management company yielded a quick and thorough result. And that call was made due to the cable getting cut outside, so no fault of yours at all. The maintenance people that did come to do the yardwork and pool maintenance we quick and very respectful. The only disappointment is that you will not take us up on our offer that we made when we talked to you, however, I can see why you would not. Once again, thanks you very much for giving my wife and I our best holiday ever. You do not own a vacation "house", you own a vacation "home". Keep in touch.
FANTASTIC - not a bad thing to say! - June 26, 2011
This villa is the best place EVER to stay. We were two young couples staying there both newly married and it was perfect. But I can also say it would be perfect for families with small children, older children, older couples, singles etc. It was perfect. Not much more to say. All the main things were there but the little added touches were fantastic too. Lisa and Mark have thought of everything, not a single detail has been left out. The house is in the best location close to everything. On the other hand you really don't want to leave the house as it offers so much peace and tranquility. You honestly have the best of all words. Thank you Lisa and Mark, you made our florida stay perfect!!!!!!!
